As a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial & Investment Banking, you will generate new treasury management business and maintain relationships with clients. You will leverage your deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute a localized market and product strategy while developing partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams. Job responsibilities- Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships - Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning - Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven framework - Independently lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialist for complex client business process reviews - Raise new solution ideas while partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions - Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on the working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms - Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience - Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills - Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization - Strong time management, organizational and planning skills - Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Bachelor’s degree - Certified Treasury Professional designation - Strong creative solution and problem-solving abilities
