Job description

Applied AI Evangelism Director Location: NYC or Palo Alto, CA (hybrid preferred); US Remote possible Intapp (NASDAQ: INTA) builds AI for professional and financial services firms. This year we launched Celeste, an agentic AI platform that runs the business of the firm on the firm's own data, under the firm's own rules. The product grows more capable every day, and demonstrating to the market what it can do, credibly and memorably, has become a full-time senior job. We are hiring for a rare combination: someone who can build what engineers respect and deliver it in a way audiences remember. You will conceive, create, and personally deliver the product demos that shape how this $4 trillion market understands Celeste. The best demo makes a managing partner see their own problems and solutions on the screen, and ask for a meeting right away. This is a new role, reporting to the SVP of Product Marketing. What you will do Craft the demo strategy for our most visible moments. We are continually innovating on a product that can address almost any problem a firm has. Working closely with product and marketing leaders, you will lead the strategy for our flagship demos, identifying the best stories, use cases, and innovations worth featuring, and crafting them into compelling narratives for our market. Build the frontier demos nobody has built yet. Hands-on in the real platform, wiring up the agents, playbooks, integrations, and sample data that show where this product is going, not just where it is, and always honest about which is which. You work inside the Celeste product team's rhythm, finding the edges of the product before customers do and feeding back what you learn. Present memorable keynote demos. You will deliver the keynote demos at our biggest events and in our most watched webinars and recordings. You present with poise under pressure, command the room, and are at your best even when something breaks. Extend the reach of your work through our field. Many people who need to see your work will not attend our events. Record it, publish it, share your demo assets, and put the strongest versions in the hands of our sellers and solutions consultants. What you will need Eight or more years of relevant experience. That could include sales engineering, solutions consulting, product management, forward-deployed engineering, technical marketing/evangelism, consulting, or hands-on AI work at a professional or financial services firm. You build solutions quickly with AI. Comfortable in a product, an API, and a terminal. You can take agents, integrations, and scripts from idea to working prototype without waiting on engineering. You can point to things you have built. You are a storyteller. Your demonstrations build to a business point instead of touring features. You know how to tune a demo for the audience, whether business buyers or technical buyers, and to script narratives that get meetings and win deals. You are exceptional on stage and on camera. Eloquent, captivating, and in command of your material. Able to hold a ballroom of thousands or four skeptical partners equally rapt. With your application, consider including links to one or two recordings of you presenting at a conference or on an online event. We will watch them. You thrive on collaboration and iteration. You work closely with product, sales, and company leadership to get to the best result. You work in the open, take feedback well, and the next version is always better. You are intellectually curious and learn fast. Experience with legal, financial services, accounting, or consulting industries is helpful, as is experience with Intapp products or comparable agentic AI, CRM, or workflow management solutions. What matters more is how quickly you absorb new concepts and make a complex domain your own. Bachelor's degree required. Strong candidates rarely match every line of a job description. If you read this and started thinking about what you would build first, apply. What you will gain At Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You'll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that's connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities.
