Inside Sales Coordinator

Job description

Job Summary: Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales; Lead to close. Executes, supports, improves selected activities under limited supervision. We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Distribution business. This is a remote/hybrid position. Candidates can be based in any time zone but are expected to work standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in their local time zone, with occasional onsite requirements as needed. You will make an impact in the following ways: - Respond to customer calls and emails, qualify inquiries, and route opportunities to the appropriate sales professionals - Prepare budgetary quotes by gathering technical information, pricing, lead times, and customer requirements - Process customer orders, acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notices while ensuring accuracy and timely communication - Create and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) contracts, work orders, and service-related documentation - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer, order, pricing, and service issues - Review dashboards, audit reports, and operational data to support service and sales activities
