Minimum Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing, process engineering or product development Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or demonstrated proficiency managing technical programs preferred. Results oriented with a bias for action and a strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience Preferred Qualifications: Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
