Job Description: Senior Associate, Digital Product – Becoming a ClientJPMorgan Private Bank | Digital Team About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Associate to join the Private Bank's Digital team, focused on transforming and unifying the Becoming a Client (BAC) experience. This role sits at the intersection of client experience, advisor workflows, and operations — and you'll be responsible for driving a cohesive onboarding journey that works seamlessly for all three audiences. You'll partner closely with product, design, engineering, operations, and advisor teams to identify friction points, streamline processes, and deliver digital solutions that make onboarding faster, more intuitive, and more consistent across channels.
