Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In this position the individual is responsible for providing leadership to execute the successful ramp of 3D NAND OEM products based on customer requirements. The individual will be in memory technology position with internal business unit-facing role and will work to align the demands of the customer to the abilities of our internal engineering and business teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the product development team on qualifying NAND OEM products targeted for data center applications. Host regular meetings and drive cross-functional teams to meet specifications and schedules. Evaluate technical results and challenge conclusions from various internal engineering teams. Prepare and present reports outlining the outcome of technical tasks and make recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. Prepare and manage assigned sections of project schedule during planning phase, create and be accountable for the overall plan for the engineering activities and identify dependencies with other functions. Play a key role to resolve memory issues and escalate unresolved issues to the product line core team. Act as the product line core team’s voice in technology meetings and coordinate technical reviews of NAND memory readiness and provide peer performance feedback for memory team members. Interface with the customer/system to align on 3D NAND product specs, product development schedule and roadmaps. Required: BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering degree or equivalent major and 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience. Expertise in semiconductor technology development, qualification, and ramp into mass production along with customer interfacing experience. Prior working experience in 3D NAND device physics and SSD architecture. Knowledge in (logic, systems), digital electronics/circuits, DRAM, NAND cell device, TSV reliability. Demonstrated skills in SSD system usage and end user applications backgrounds, debugging and trouble shooting, risk and mitigation planning, and working with hardware and software applications. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: AL/ML usage in semiconductor domain Basic Scripting Skills (Perl, Python are a plus) Hands-on lab experience with electronic instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, meters) is strongly desired The ideal individual must: have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving and dynamic environment; be self-motivated and self-directed Demonstrated ability to work well with people Proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
