Minimum Qualifications: BS degree Experience in NAND development, specifically with product engineering, design, and/or process integration aspects of the technology Experience with NAND failure analysis, testing and/or debug efforts Preferred Qualifications: MS or PhD in a technical subject area and 10+ years of relevant experience Ability to do hands-on measurements of NAND array and connect single-cycle transistor properties, to full product operation Experience across multiple-lithos spanning basic device definition through final qualification Understanding of key NAND system specifications, with respect to embedded NAND and SSD solutions Profeciency in failure analysis of NAND storage issues and in competitor analysis of NAND die and solutions Experience with NAND flash engineering, flash memory technology and processing 3-D NAND development experience Organizational and problem-solving skills
